We have this one down to a science. And by we, I mean Marc. OK, I do help a little.
I do the marinating, he does the grilling. Both are equally important. His job being the most critical for sure.
- 1 pound Flank Steak
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- Mix together marinade (veg oil, soy sauce, OJ, ginger, garlic & sugar).
- Place flank steak in a gallon size zip-lock bag. Pour marinade over steak. Let soak in the fridge overnight or all day.
- Grill steak to medium.
- Let rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes. Slice at eat. Yummy!
