Marc’s Flank Steak

We have this one down to a science.  And by we, I mean Marc.  OK, I do help a little.

I do the marinating, he does the grilling.  Both are equally important.  His job being the most critical for sure.

Marc’s Flank Steak

Serves: 4

  • 1 pound Flank Steak
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar

  1. Mix together marinade (veg oil, soy sauce, OJ, ginger, garlic & sugar).
  2. Place flank steak in a gallon size zip-lock bag. Pour marinade over steak. Let soak in the fridge overnight or all day.
  3. Grill steak to medium.
  4. Let rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes. Slice at eat. Yummy!
