Doesn’t this look beautiful? I get really excited when the strawberries are actually red on the inside!!!
This is a simple salad that can be made a bunch of different ways – just use your favorite toppings!
For the steak:
- 1 pound Flank Steak
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- Mix together marinade. Place flank steak in a gallon size zip-lock bag. Pour marinade over steak. Let soak in the fridge overnight or all day. Grill steak to medium. Let rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes. Slice at eat. Yummy!
This is such a healthy dinner. Just look at those veggies!
Slice and dice your favorites – strawberries, carrots, green onions, and steak. Top with candied pecans (yummy!) and your favorite dressing.
Add a side of grilled squash. Simply slice the squash into strips and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or your favorite grill seasoning. Throw it on the grill alongside the steak.
